Job Description

Join our team at the LabEx CORTEX (Université Lyon 1) as a M2 stage in bioinformatics. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to develop and refine workflows for analyzing Long Reads Nanopore data.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement pipelines and methods for analyzing Long Reads Nanopore data.
  2. Collaborate with research teams to integrate data into our platform.
Requirements
  1. Experience with Unix environment.
  2. Proficiency in R programming language.
  3. Knowledge of Python programming language.
  4. Experience in RNAseq data analysis is a plus.
