About Our Client

Established in 1906, our client is a family-owned enterprise that has grown to become the leading company in its sector across Europe, employing 450 staff at two production facilities.

We are in search of a Regional Sales Manager for the South-East to enhance our sales team.

Position Overview

Reporting to the national sales director, you will execute the sales strategy within the retail domain across the following regions: 04, 05, 06, 07, 13, 26, 30, 83, 84.

As a representative of the brand, you will be instrumental in boosting brand awareness and establishing a strong local footprint. Your role will involve overseeing sales performance and ensuring client profitability.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Creating an effective travel itinerary that aligns with the sales strategy,
  • Thoroughly preparing for client meetings,
  • Assessing product availability in stores,
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients,
  • Identifying client needs and challenges,
  • Articulating persuasive arguments, negotiating terms, and addressing client concerns,
  • Documenting visits in the company’s CRM and analyzing outcomes,
  • Executing agreed-upon contracts,
  • Maximizing available resources (events, tastings, samples),
  • Monitoring competitor activities (products, pricing),
  • Suggesting innovative concepts,
  • Conducting regular and precise administrative and commercial reporting.
Candidate Profile

With a focus on field operations, you effectively represent the company’s image and values during events and client interactions.

You possess a Bachelor's degree and have approximately three years of proven sales experience in the food sector, particularly within retail distribution.

Your approach is proactive, organized, and meticulous.

Compensation and Benefits:

Permanent Contract (CDI): 35 hours per week,

13th month salary,

Health and wellness benefits,

Profit-sharing based on company performance,

Company vehicle and essential tools: mobile phone, laptop.

Salary: €2500 to €2800 gross monthly, plus an annual target bonus of €6500.
