UnitySC Innovation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Program Manager to join our team at UnitySC, a leader in creating Metrology & Inspection tools used for Advanced Packaging and MEM's.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of our company's strategy, working closely with the innovation team to define and develop new products from proof-of-concept to prototypes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the definition and execution of our company innovation roadmap, aligned with business and market needs and opportunities.
  • Defining, managing, and executing new product development programs to translate innovations into products, in coordination with management and other services.
  • Ensuring smooth interfacing and hand-over to Program Management for product industrialization and manufacturing.
