Reporting to the Methods Manager or Head of the Methods Group, and under the guidance of the Chief Engineer, your responsibilities will include:- Contributing to cost estimation, preliminary studies, and design assessments (including defining and adjusting manufacturing sequences, processes, resources, and minor modifications).
- Participating in industrialization initiatives by developing processes and related documentation to ensure adherence to quality and cost objectives while meeting project timelines.
- Engaging in continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing production costs, enhancing safety, and improving ergonomics.
- Overseeing production and providing the necessary technical support to address quality issues.

Job Responsibilities
- Scope of Activities:
- Execute some or all of the following tasks:
- Conduct cost analysis for tenders with proposed timelines (RC – Recurring Cost, NRC – Non-Recurring Cost).
- Engage in preliminary studies (including pre-procurement and procurement) and detailed studies.
- Assist in preparing definition files and validating them in collaboration with the design office.
- Define manufacturing operating processes in accordance with technical requirements, quality-cost-time standards, health, safety, and workplace conditions, while adhering to budget constraints. Create the manufacturing file (manufacturing/repair and control instructions) and contribute to the development of the control file, integrating them into the documentation systems.
- Define, structure, monitor, and update items, ranges, and nomenclatures within the information system.
- Provide the design office or subcontractor with the technical elements necessary for tool manufacturing (budget, deadlines, etc.).
- Determine and optimize manufacturing times.
- Offer technical support to production and partners, proactively addressing technical challenges and intervening on quality notices.
- Participate in value analyses and product/process FMECA, suggesting process or tooling enhancements (calculating production time, monitoring new technologies and methods).
- Adapt activities for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to align with their training.
- Address and process QSE alerts reported by staff.
- Ensure that team members possess the necessary skills for their roles (QSE training, qualifications, etc.).
- Support the advancement of QSE maturity within the sector.
3 to 5 years of experience required.
