About the Role:
Ville de Villeneuve-saint-Georges is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Etablir et mettre à jour les arrêtés de régie, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
- Saisir les titres de recette and régulariser le P503, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Participer aux ateliers de formation de la direction des finances, staying up-to-date with the latest financial trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- You must be titulaire du grade d'emplois des rédacteurs or des adjoints territoriaux, or have equivalent experience.
- Experience on a similar post is highly desirable.
- Good level of comptable skills, with a diploma in this field being an asset.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Connaissance des nomenclatures M14, M22 et M57, and the grands principes de la comptabilité publique.
- Maîtrise des procédures de la chaîne des dépenses (engagement, liquidation, mandatement).
- Maîtrise des grands principes de la commande publique.
- Connaissance de la réglementation en matière de régies.
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- 37h30 hebdomadaires (with RTT).
- Rémunération statutaire + IFSE, prime annuelle, restaurant administratif, participation de l'employeur à la mutuelle et à la prévoyance, adhésion au Comité National d'Action Sociale.
