Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring equal opportunity in employment, treating all persons equally and on the basis of merit, in decisions regarding selection, placement, promotions, training, work assignments, transfers, and other personnel actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with nuclear regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct non-destructive testing and inspections at nuclear power generation facilities
  • Verify training and OJT documentation for certification
  • Travel 75-80% of the time to various nuclear facilities in the US and overseas
  • Work long hours during outages and perform office work from home
  • Pass a nuclear background check and maintain current certifications

Requirements

  • NDE certified inspector with current or previous certifications in VT and PT
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with LII VT certification
  • Current AWS CWI certification
  • High school diploma and proficiency in computer applications
