Senior Retail Manager - Full Price
Join PVH South West Hub as a Senior Retail Manager Full Price for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.
As a Business Partner, you will intervene strategically and operationally to drive the commercial performance of the Retail Full Price network by identifying growth axes in your area.
You will work closely with the Paris headquarters team, operational teams, and the Amsterdam-based European headquarters.
Here are the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Developing sales and profitability of retail stores through the implementation of concrete action plans
- Deploying and monitoring commercial policies
- Ensuring premiumization of brands and customer experience excellence by ensuring respect for operational standards in retail stores
- Piloting budgets
- Implementing and respecting processes for proper activity management
- Training and upskilling teams: Management of Full Price Area Managers (2 people) Management and monitoring of the Branch Planner team at the headquarters (5 people)
The position is based in Paris, but numerous trips are expected in France and throughout the Hub.
About the team
You will be reporting to the VP Retail South West Hub. You will work closely with the PVH headquarters teams (retail, HR, finance, marketing, etc.).
For us, teamwork is essential, and we believe that working in a good mood contributes to performance.
You have at least 7-8 years of experience in the Retail industry, as a network manager or as a flagship director.
You are recognized for your natural leadership and are passionate about rallying your teams by setting an example.
You are open-minded and enthusiastic, capable of making quick decisions and facing organizational changes.
You have excellent mastery of the Office package.
The languages used daily are French and English, both orally and in writing.
Anticipation, reactivity, and being a proposal force are key skills.
