Job Title: Digital Technical Architect

As a key member of our team, you will lead our Service Support, Maintenance Contract Renewals, Managed Services, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional technical solutions. Your expertise will drive the design and execution of installations/configurations for service validation efforts, pilot sites, and new countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical coordination and leadership in the design and execution of installations/configurations.
  • Act as a point of contact and reference for regions on ORBIS(U) architecture, principles, and best practices.
  • Ensure architectures comply with established architecture governance processes, policies, and standards.
  • Guide and mentor teams in the first deployments of a new country/region.
  • Communicate effectively with business, clinical, operational, technical, and support team members.
  • Identify opportunities for improving and standardizing service delivery.
  • Review and provide input on product documentation.
  • Report product or documentation issues.
  • Attend product-training and maintain expert knowledge of targeted products and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • 10+ years of experience in the ICT sector and successful cloud experience in a managed services environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of operating systems like Windows 2016/2019 and Linux.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and scripting tools like Bash, Powershell, and Python.
  • Experience as an engineer/consultant supporting clients in a high-tech or software environment.
  • Knowledge in databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
