Our Business Managers at Consultime deploy experienced IT and engineering consultants to their clients in France. The Business Manager Position

As a Business Manager Junior H/F, you will be part of Arthur's team, the manager of the Consultime agency in Bordeaux. Your missions will be:

  • Defining a commercial strategy and targeting specific accounts in collaboration with Arthur.
  • Developing commercial accounts through phone, email, and client visits. You will benefit from efficient tools to boost your commercial performance: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaspr, CRM, and internal information systems adapted to our business model.
  • Presenting commercial conditions, negotiating until signature with clients.
  • Identifying recruitment needs for independent professionals, managing the search, presenting candidates to clients, conducting interviews, and closing deals.
  • Following ongoing missions.
Remuneration

32K€ gross fixed salary + 15K€ gross variable salary (100% of the objective) with no cap.

Your Profile
  • At least a Bac +5 degree.
  • Excellent oral and written expression.
  • The desire to exploit your potential. You want to succeed and learn.
