Job Summary
As a Home Care Aide at our SSIAD in Orléans, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of elderly individuals within their homes. Your responsibilities will encompass providing essential hygiene and comfort care, empowering them to maintain their independence while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
You will also contribute to their overall well-being by offering guidance, preventive measures, and educational support to the elderly, their caregivers, families, and support networks. A smartphone will be provided for scheduling, patient records, care plans, and technical assistance. Some tasks may involve collaboration with other caregivers or personal care assistants.

Compensation and Benefits
- Part-time permanent contract at 80%
- Monthly salary between €2144 and €2391 gross for a full-time position, based on experience.

Qualifications
You are a Certified Nursing Assistant (DEAS) with proven experience in elderly care.
