Responsibilities:- Conduct companies' credit analysis, integrating ESG criteria, through meetings with management and on-site visits.
- Complete companies' due diligence, assessing their positioning and financial structure, including covenants and subordination.
- Write full reports on covered companies, as well as one-off commentaries on news flow, providing investment recommendations to Fund Managers.
- Participate in the Credit Committee and other investment committees, providing credit expertise.
- Support the Business Unit in daily tasks, acting as an intermediary between Front Office and Post-trade teams.
- Advanced financial education, such as a business school degree or equivalent.
- Programming and database skills, with experience in VBA and Python a plus.
- Excel skills and basic knowledge of financial markets and corporate finance.
- Interest in economic and financial news.
