About the Job
We're seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our Estimation team in Paris. As a key member of our equipment department, you'll be responsible for managing technical packages, including process gas compressors, turbo-generators, and emergency diesel generators.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Issuing technical specifications and requisitions for inquiry and purchase
- Technical bid evaluations of vendor bids
- Vendor technical follow-up
- Review and comments of vendor drawings
- Attending equipment performance tests at vendor workshops
You'll work closely with other services, including installation, process, electricity, instrumentation, purchasing, expediting, and inspection, to centralize requests, clarify needs, and solve technical problems.
About You
We're looking for a graduate mechanical engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in equipment within the oil and gas or industrial field. You'll need to be organized, have good communication and decision-making skills, and be execution-oriented. Fluency in English and mobility for trips in France and abroad are also essential.
A plus would be mastering API Codes & Standards related to rotating machineries.
