Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Conduct thorough reviews of first article suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Non-Conforming Product Processing: Process and manage non-conforming products in accordance with established procedures.
  • Quality Reporting: Issue detailed quality reports on non-conforming products to stakeholders.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to quality, maintenance, and methods departments as needed.
  • Quality Initiatives: Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve overall quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement production improvement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough tests and visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and follow established procedures.
