Job Description

OSF Digital, a leading Platinum Salesforce partner and digital transformation company, is seeking a dynamic Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, build, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances in conjunction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engage/Personalize) and/or Salesforce Sales/Service.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, encompassing analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance, to meet client expectations.
  • Actively participate in and lead technical design and data model workshops alongside Engineering Teams and business stakeholders.
  • Clearly translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives.
  • Leverage knowledge of new and upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem to recommend more efficient solutions.
  • Assess client requirements, propose effective solutions, and communicate the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Intelligence, Sales, Service, and other relevant SF ecosystem platforms.
  • Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices and provide effective solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants and developers working on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
  • 5+ years in marketing automation, data model, and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5+ years in consulting and/or project implementation, or project management using Agile methodologies.
  • Ideal experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations and Salesforce cross-cloud integrations.
  • Experience in integrating with cloud-based data lakes/data warehouses: Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service), Azure Data Lake Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Apache Hadoop, Databricks Lakehouse, Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query, Microsoft Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle Exadata, Databricks, Delta Lake.
  • Strong consulting, marketing project implementation, or project management experience using Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work both in French and in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Suite (Personalization, Intelligence, Engagement, etc.) and/or with Sales/Service Suite.
  • Experience with Segmentation strategy.
  • Customer Data Modelling best practices.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
  • Fluency in English and French.
