Regional Commercial Coordinator for Clubs and Communities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Commercial Coordinator for Clubs and Communities to join our team at INTERSPORT. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Clubs and Communities network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Clubs and Communities network.
  • Work closely with our central network animator to ensure alignment and consistency across the region.
  • Support the structure in organizational aspects, including stock management, purchases, and commercial strategy.
  • Propose and implement individualized action plans to drive business results.
  • Participate in the recruitment of Clubs and Communities staff and provide training and development support.
  • Organize regional negotiations with suppliers to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.

Commercial Animation

  • Ensure the transmission of regional information to local OPs and create synergies between cells and stores.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and disseminate good commercial practices and information related to regional partnerships.
  • Participate in Clubs and Communities GEPs and C&C JA, and organize regional Clubs and Communities meetings.
  • Ensure the proper appropriation and implementation of the strategic plan through interventions in the region.
  • Approach Leagues, Committees, and Districts to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Follow up and create commercial animations with Leagues, and participate in main League, Committees, and Districts events.

Requirements

  • Passionate about sports and business, with a strong understanding of the clubs and business communities market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Autonomous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
