We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gaming Moderator. As a core member of our community, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Escalate sensitive content to the appropriate authorities
- Carry out moderation and training according to project schedules
- Complete shift reports using provided templates
- Support and mentor new moderators
- Inform project managers of technical or other issues
We are looking for a candidate with excellent Korean and English language skills, as well as experience in moderation, community management, or a related field. A passion for gaming and social media is essential, as well as a strong understanding of online platforms and technologies.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-disciplined individual who can manage their time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with a remote team. They will also have a strong understanding of IT policies and be able to meet the required technical specifications.
