We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineer to join our team at Iberdrola International. As a Digital Engineer, you will be responsible for defining the technical requirements, improvements, and maintenance strategy for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) in our Continental Europe O&M Offshore business.
Key Responsibilities- Define the technical requirements, improvements, and maintenance strategy for WTG to maximize availability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Identify and claim technical defects to OEMs, participate in the claim process, and define necessary actions to eliminate or mitigate risks.
- Follow up on design modifications, monitor WTG behavior, and ensure quality and conditions in contracts are fulfilled.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with local Iberdrola Site staff to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution.
- Manage personnel under remit, identify training needs, and implement necessary actions to fulfill gaps.
- Effectively manage assigned maintenance contracts to maximize financial business results through cost reduction and high-quality maintenance activities.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Part of global teams for multitask, international projects.
