We are seeking a Manufacturing Agent - Culinary Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the respect of production standards: recipes, product conformity according to established criteria.
• Participate in the activities of all Traiteur production departments.
• Perform cleaning and disinfection operations on equipment, following established processes.
• Work autonomously on the production line.
• Be responsible for monitoring the CCP cooking unit and managing the PrPo freezer and refrigeration unit.
• Participate in monthly inventory.

Cooking/Refrigeration:

• Know and respect different programs according to products to be cooked and cells.
• Respect and control T°C at core (refrigeration) for safety.
• Fill quality documents and ensure that traceability is compliant.
• Know and respect the fabrication of products in pots (sauce vol au vent).
• Clean equipment (oven, pot).
• Manage materials and packaging (cartons, spices, BOFL).
• Perform inventories and stock management (congélateur traiteur).
• Manage production follow-up sheets (traceability).
• Manage (FIFO, DLC, labeling) the freezer and various fridges: BOFL (H11), Economat (I11), Viandes traiteur (N12), Traiteur, Repos (G13), Finished products (M10), and Rapid Cooling Tunnel (G10).
• Know how to use INFOLOGIC.

We are looking for a candidate with a CAP or professional certificate in pastry-making or 5 years of experience in the field.
