Based in Paris and operating on a global scale, the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society - a PUBLICIS GROUPE entity - stands as the premier international platform dedicated to amplifying women's voices and fostering a more inclusive future for all.

Achieving gender equality is essential for cultivating an inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous world.

However, it is projected that an additional 131 years will be required to close the gender gap.

Established in 2005 and headquartered in Paris, the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society (a Publicis Groupe entity) serves as an international event and initiative platform aimed at elevating women's voices to drive economic and social transformation.

Over the years, we have developed a unique capability to convene a global community that encompasses a diverse range of stakeholders, including public and private sectors, companies, international organizations, NGOs, associations, and academic institutions.

Annually, this community gathers at our events in Paris and beyond, participating in our initiatives and working groups.

Together, we delve into five critical sectors where gender equality faces significant challenges: climate, technology, health, the future of work, and feminist diplomacy.

Our collective efforts aim to raise awareness about equality issues and implement effective inclusive solutions to bridge the gender gap.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Communication Director, the Digital Marketing Strategist will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
    • In alignment with the marketing and communication strategy, and in close collaboration with the program team and social media manager, design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels with relevant content.
    • Performance assessment: analyze each campaign's effectiveness and suggest optimizations based on established KPIs (open rates, click rates, engagement rates, etc.).
    • Develop a content marketing strategy aimed at generating leads, influencing, and engaging audiences on our platforms.
    • Conduct regular strategic assessments of content marketing to foster innovative content development.
    • Coordinate email campaigns and live streaming of major events on Marcel (Publicis Intranet) in collaboration with the dedicated Marcel team.
  • WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION
    • Manage and enhance both the institutional Women's Forum website and the Events websites (SEO and up-to-date content).
    • Oversee the Women's Forum page on Publicis Intranet "Marcel" and monitor relevant KPIs.
  • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND ACTIVATION
    • Identify various Women's Forum communities and develop tailored engagement plans to ensure their active participation.
      • Organize briefing calls, manage speakers, handle logistics, and prepare communication materials.
      • Facilitate events both online and offline, such as webinars, live discussions, breakfast meetings, and after-work gatherings.
  • Daily management of the database and CRM tools (Hubspot).
Qualifications

To achieve your objectives, you should possess strong organizational, personal, and technical skills, including:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • A data-driven approach, emphasizing the use of insights to inform planning and execution.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse creative talents and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent editorial and writing proficiency in both English and French.
  • Preference for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in gender and international relations issues, coupled with a commitment to raising awareness on these topics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

PROFILE

You hold an advanced degree (graduate level) and have accumulated at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a corporate or agency setting, enabling you to develop marketing and creative competencies.

Additional Information

Type of contract: CDI

Access to a company restaurant with employer contribution.

50% reimbursement of public transport season tickets.

Paternity leave: Publicis Group maintains 100% of the employee's salary during the leave period (25 calendar days, extended to 32 in the case of multiple births).
