Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, adhering to our culinary standards and presentation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Japanese kitchen is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
