### Data Migration Strategy and Planning

* Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy for the S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
* Create detailed data migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

### Technical Leadership

* Lead and manage a team of data migration specialists, providing technical guidance and support.
* Ensure adherence to data migration best practices and standards.

### Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL)

* Design, develop, and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into S/4HANA.
* Utilize SAP Data Services, SAP HANA, and other relevant tools and technologies.

### Collaboration and Communication

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand data requirements and business processes.
* Provide regular updates and reports on data migration progress, issues, and risks to project management and stakeholders.

### Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

* Identify and resolve data migration issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
* Conduct root cause analysis for data migration failures and implement corrective actions.

### Preferred Skills

* Data Quality and Validation: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Conduct data reconciliation and validation activities to confirm successful data migration.
* Data Analysis and Mapping: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify data sources, data quality issues, and mapping requirements.
* Define and document data mapping and transformation rules between legacy systems and S/4HANA.
