About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Anantara. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, in accordance with ANANTARA SPA protocols and standards.
- Consult with guests to assess their specific needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Ensure that treatment rooms, relaxation rooms, and thermal suites are well-stocked with equipment and products.
- Ensure optimal utilization of products and minimize waste.
- Educate guests about the benefits of different spa therapies and provide personalized recommendations for at-home self-care routines.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or training in aesthetics/massage, beauty treatments, and/or SPA experience.
- Good knowledge of aesthetics, fitness, and massage techniques.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Good knowledge of ANANTARA brand SPA protocols.
- Knowledge of computer software.
- Professional French and English.
- Master the rules and instructions of hygiene and safety.
- Master all NH part of Minor procedures.
