Job Opportunity:

Axens is seeking a highly skilled Automation Project Manager to join our team in Rueil-Malmaison. As a key member of our Project Operations Business Division, you will be responsible for managing automation projects from design to start-up, ensuring quality, respecting costs and schedules, and preserving the safety of all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client bids to establish accurate technical offers and budgetary quotations.
  • Manage the execution of automation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, Axens objectives, and optimization of costs and deadlines.
  • Coordinate teams, ensure contractual management, and communicate reliable financial forecasts.
  • Provide support and ensure the proper execution and closing of supplier orders.
  • Organize construction, commissioning, and start-up assistance missions.
  • Be the main contact for customers on technical and contractual matters.

Requirements:

  • Confirmed Engineer in Automation and Industrial Computing with successful experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer.
  • Knowledge of Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB, Invensys.
  • Solid knowledge of C, C++, C#, .Net programming, and Windows environment.
  • Extended knowledge about international standards for industrial applications.
  • Experience in process start-up will be highly appreciated.
  • A good level in English and French, both written and spoken, is essential.
