About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a talented team of frontend developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a frontend team of 6 developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to provide feedback and evaluate their performance.
  • Develop and implement professional growth plans for team members, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Ensure the completion of tasks related to technical debt, and organize on-call rotations to ensure the team is equipped to handle any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to resolve cross-team issues, and introduce and maintain new technologies and standards to improve the team's work quality.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks, and develop strategies to improve work processes and enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Over 6 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of frontend technologies and tools.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in conducting 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, and managing team performance.
  • Deep knowledge of frontend technologies and tools, including Angular 17+, TypeScript, and RxJS.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in resource planning, risk management, and team development.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and coordinate with other teams.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in implementing Agile/Scrum principles within teams.
  • Experience in managing a distributed team and remote work.
  • Experience in implementing metrics to evaluate team performance.
