Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom System Integrator to join our team at Transatel (an NTT company). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Implementation: Design and implement telecom systems, including Linux components, to ensure high availability, graceful restart, and alarming.
  • Training and Documentation: Train telco engineers and operation teams on system installation, upgrade, and monitoring, and provide written documentation on your deliveries.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a roadmap of best practices and help migrate to new technologies, such as cloud environments and Kubernetes.
  • System Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing systems to keep Linux and components up to date, including opensource and in-house components.
  • Telecom Migrations: Prepare and deliver Method of Procedures (MOPs) for telecom migrations from one version to another, ensuring no service impact.
  • Vendor Integration: Integrate vendor components with Transatel's O&M system, including monitoring, logs, and alarms.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide support to operations teams in case of production-related issues, analyze problems, and propose action plans to enhance in-house Telco systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an engineering school.
  • Technical Domains: Voice over IP (SBC, SIP proxies), SMS (SMS relay, SMS proxy, FDA, SMS router), Diameter GWs, and IWF (interworking functions) for VoLTE.
  • Skills: Telecom protocols, typical Web components, learning capacity, autonomy, writing skills, and communication skills.

You will be based in Puteaux, France, at Transatel HQ. If you are a motivated and skilled professional looking for a challenging role, please apply.
