We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our team at Ayvens. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Design and implement benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation
- Manage and analyze data to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
- University degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, finance, or business
- At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
