Position Overview:
  • Optimize production processes in the industrial sector to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze current processes and suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality.
  • Assist in implementing new equipment and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide training on new work methods and procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensure quality and safety in industrial operations by implementing and maintaining robust processes.
  • Monitor production deadlines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Desired Profile:
  • Graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field with a strong understanding of industrial processes.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in the industrial field with a proven track record of process optimization.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Autonomous, meticulous, and well-organized with excellent communication skills.
