As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and innovative solutions that enhance our property management capabilities and provide exceptional experiences for our tenants, investors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Platform, Payments, and Billing systems.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform product roadmaps.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to achieve business objectives.
- Enhance the Property Management System to support end-to-end property lifecycle management.
- Streamline the process of listing new properties, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information for potential tenants and investors.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all properties, including specifications, amenities, and availability.
- Deliver high-quality transversal services such as access control, SSO, Security, GDPR compliancy, and drive the integration of third-party tools and services to enhance platform capabilities.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, efficient, and user-friendly payment and billing solutions for tenants and investors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage billing systems that accurately capture and process tenant charges, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing cycles.
- Optimize and integrate Stripe services into our systems, ensuring seamless and secure payment processing and billing operations.
- Stay updated on Stripe's latest features and best practices to maximize their utilization within our platform.
- Work closely with the Lead/Revenue PM and the Tenant/Ops PM to ensure seamless integration and alignment across product areas.
- Engage with stakeholders from various departments, including operations, finance, and customer support, to gather requirements and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative product development culture.
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against goals.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and team members.
- Champion a customer-centric and results-driven product management approach.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform, payment, and billing systems.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of property management systems and the real estate industry is a plus.
- Experience with the Stripe payment and billing platform is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
