Technical Project Lead

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Fully remote or hybrid, EU timezone (CET +/- 2hours)

At Pragmatike, we are seeking a talented and passionate Technical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects and work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with company strategy
• Coordinate with Product Management and R&D teams to design, plan, execute, and deploy innovative solutions to address business challenges
• Manage the overall guidance, coordination, initiation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with company commitments
• Act as a liaison with the Product Management team, Sales team, or customers as needed to provide updates

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a software development company
• At least 3 years in a Project Manager role
• Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, with an innovative spirit and a collaborative mindset
