Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with families and children by fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities in partnership with colleagues.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of children during rest periods.
- Assist with essential childcare duties, including diaper changes, meal times, and sleep routines.
- Maintain the physical and emotional security of all children in care.

- Participate in organizing daycare events and enhancing the environment.
