Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Energy Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of solar energy projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of renewable energy project development, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Design electrical infrastructure for energy generation plants, optimizing system performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct due diligence assessments, evaluating technical feasibility and potential risks associated with projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in solar PV project development and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electrical standards, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Civil3D and PVCase.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
