Paralegal/Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal/Support Specialist to join our team at Marionnaud. As a key member of our Group Finance and Legal teams, you will provide critical support across all entities, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of Legal Documentation: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including establishing and maintaining permanent files for each country, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Contract Management: Monitor and update contract files, track contract status, facilitate signature processes, and maintain records of signed contracts.
- Civil Proceedings: Assist with the preparation and monitoring of civil proceedings, maintain communication with lawyers and courts, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Insurance Matters: Manage liability claims, gather internal information for communication with brokers, and follow up on claims. Monitor insurance policy deadlines and provide assistance with renewal preparations.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 2-3 years of experience in a legal setting (law firm or corporate environment).
- Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude, with ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
