Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Adobe customers to understand their digital experience needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based architectures that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital experience transformation and cloud solutions, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive customer success.
Requirements
  • Deep experience with cloud solutions and digital experience platforms.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems.
  • Experience with Adobe clouds and solutions, as well as content supply chain technology.
  • Ability to visualize and manipulate data-driven insights from PowerBI and internal solutions.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for new knowledge and inventive thinking.
