As a vital member of our Information Systems team at the headquarters, you will assume the role of Technical Lead for our ecosystem, responsible for its upkeep, advancement, and data management. Your primary duties will encompass:
- Overseeing a No Code integration platform that connects our CRM with the e-Commerce site
- Acting as the technical authority on HubSpot, enhancing workflows, integrations, and dashboards
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop the product roadmap and set priorities
- Ensuring the integrity and reliability of data within Café Joyeux's CRM ecosystem
- Assisting with eCommerce reporting and data migration initiatives
- Contributing to the creation of a comprehensive view of our customers across various systems
- Managing a business intelligence solution to monitor café performance metrics
- Complying with GDPR regulations for data collection and processing
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Interest in No Code platforms and CRM systems
- Proficient in SQL and API utilization
- Business-focused mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Self-motivated, independent, and innovative
