About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Security Specialist to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our datacenter infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct system definition studies and contribute to the selection of solutions, suppliers, and operators
  • Optimize and manage performance and capacity for environments within your scope of responsibility
  • Lead transformation plans and projects, and assist with the implementation of technical solutions
  • Diagnose malfunctions, propose corrective actions, and suggest alternative solutions
  • Inform teams about technical developments and provide training on new systems
  • Participate in Service Management processes, such as incident resolution, problem resolution, and request handling
  • Monitor technology trends and suggest solutions for improving system performance
  • Act as the recognized interface with experts and other domains, and set rules for effective management of operating systems/telecoms networks
  • Qualify systems technically and functionally, and ensure the application of IS security, quality, and other standards
  • Certify components and applications developed, and contribute to the improvement of norms and standards applying to IT production

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in R&T
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of datacenter infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
