Workplace and Travel Experience Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace and Travel Experience Manager to join our team at L-Acoustics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term workplace strategy aligned with our company values.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a workplace strategy that enhances employee experience and productivity.
  2. Manage the reorganization and optimization of workplace environments to accommodate growth and change.
  3. Oversee the design, digitalization, and homogenization of workplace experiences across all sites.
  4. Lead transformation projects, including the refurbishment of communal spaces and creating a cohesive experience for employees and visitors.
  5. Formulate and oversee the group's travel strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment of travel policies across the organization.
  6. Collaborate with various teams to ensure travel strategies support business goals.
  7. Manage and develop a team focused on workplace and travel experiences, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting a human-centered approach.
  8. Drive transformation projects, particularly in workplace optimization and digitalization, aligning workplace initiatives with the company's strategic roadmap.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in managing workplace environments and travel strategies, ideally within a multi-site setup.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
  3. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving and implementing transformation projects.
  4. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  5. Experience with digital tools and platforms to enhance workplace and travel management.
