Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Intermediary Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development of banking services for our regional banks across France.
- Execute Intermediation Missions: Collaborate closely with business engineers and legal experts to successfully execute intermediation missions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage Administrative Mandates: Oversee the management and organization of administrative mandates, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Commercial Processes: Streamline commercial processes to effectively obtain mandates, leveraging your negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
- Network and Database Management: Coordinate with various networks and databases to conduct targeted approaches, identifying potential partners and opportunities.
- Prepare Company Presentations: Craft compelling company presentation memorandums to engage with prospective counterparts, showcasing our value proposition.
- Support Executive Teams: Provide comprehensive support to executives throughout all stages of the mission lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- ERIS Network Management: Operate and manage the ERIS national network, fostering collaboration and information sharing across regional banks.
- Promote Intermediation Activities: Coordinate and promote intermediation activities with various entities, expanding our reach and impact within the financial sector.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Supervise, monitor, and report on intermediation activities, providing insightful data to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A finance qualification with 2-3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or corporate finance.
- Proven skills in credit risk analysis and financial assessment.
- Strong negotiation and commercial abilities, enabling you to secure favorable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the team.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- A collaborative and cross-functional work approach, effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders.
