  • Between vehicle sale and delivery:
    • Review order documentation and track their status,
    • Coordinate delivery timelines and manage registration processes,
    • Oversee invoicing and collection of payments,
  • On the day of delivery:
    • Greet customers for vehicle handover,
    • Clarify administrative processes,
    • Suggest additional services and products,
  • Post-delivery:
    • Address post-delivery inquiries and process payments for various assistance programs.
Candidate Profile:

We are in search of an individual who demonstrates independence and meticulousness. A customer-oriented mindset is essential, as this role encompasses a diverse range of tasks requiring strong sales capabilities and the foresight to organize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary. Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
