Role Overview as a Childcare Assistant:

• Collaborate with a team of 10 artists to create innovative play environments and design activities focused on art and nature.
• Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere: our childcare centers are vibrant spaces thoughtfully designed by architects specializing in early childhood education.
• Contribute to a forward-thinking educational initiative known as Génération Durable, which encompasses four key areas: Art & Nature, Harmony, Emotions, and Communication.

Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Assistant:

• Facilitate activities related to hygiene, nutrition, and developmental engagement.
• Suggest daily programs that encourage children's growth, education, and overall well-being, ensuring their physical and emotional safety.
• Create a nurturing and secure environment for children, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• In collaboration with the lead educator and the team, engage in planning projects that enhance the section's vibrancy and quality, and assist in their execution.
• Participate actively in nursery life through meetings, educational projects, and initiatives aimed at elevating service quality.
• Advance your professional development in early childhood education by taking advantage of training opportunities provided by management, including obtaining relevant certifications.
• Support the supervision of interns.

Candidate Profile: You hold the State Diploma of Childcare Assistant and possess prior experience working with children in group settings.
