We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at the Radisson Blu Hotel. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records.

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests via phone and email
• Offer tailored solutions to meet guests' needs, leveraging hotel services and amenities
• Apply hotel tariff policies and procedures accurately
• Maintain up-to-date statistics and information for other departments
• Adhere to hotel and Radisson Blu Group policies and procedures

• Respond to guest inquiries, book new reservations, and send confirmation emails
• Verify automated reservations and update records for seamless communication with reception and housekeeping
• Update shared documents with other departments
• Assist with group management (rooming lists and reservation updates)
• Provide coverage for reservations agents during summer breaks

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook
• Bonus: Familiarity with EMMATMS/FIORI software
• Fluency in French and English
