Regional SCADA Operations Manager
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Regional SCADA Operations Manager to oversee the implementation and coordination of SCADA systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning and maintenance of SCADA systems, as well as experience with PLC programming and communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of SCADA professionals, providing coaching and performance reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain and improve SCADA KPIs and capacity planning to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of Construction needs and Operational support.
- Align solutions with customer needs and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams and lead topics as necessary.
- Attend customer meetings and oversee the budget for the team or department.
- Participate in the hiring process to bring in new talent that fits the team's needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance of SCADA systems.
- Previous experience with PLC programming, commissioning, and maintenance of SCADA systems, as well as experience with communication protocols (IEC, IEC, MODBUS, DNP, OPC).
- English language written and spoken skills.
