Operational Excellence Projects Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Projects Manager to join our team at Lagardère Travel Retail SAS. As a key member of our Global Operational Excellence Department, you will be responsible for driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects and coordinate these projects from end-to-end, from recommendations/solutions design to operational implementation in all 40 countries of the Group.
- Ensure PMO for the projects you're in charge of: organize work and project team, coordinate the various teams and functions involved in countries or HQ.
- Produce all the documentation needed to roll-out the project: good practices, guidelines, training documents, webinars, Executive Summaries targeting top management.
- Monitor and document the qualitative and quantitative results after implementation: build strong benchmarks and REX; actively share operational good practices to foster continuous improvement in all countries.
- Support countries in the day-to-day for the operational implementation of the projects, with a hands-on and field approach.
- Master in Management or Engineering and ideally 5 years of professional experience in Operations, Strategy, Project management, Finance.
- Good command of project management (organisation, coordination, prioritization, etc.) and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Taste for challenge and recognised for flexibility, curiosity, and versatility; autonomy, decision-making, and ability to deal with the unexpected.
