Exciting Career Opportunity:
MBway, a renowned international management institution, is in search of a HR & CSR Project Manager for a 24-month apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across all locations, ensuring internal visibility and engagement on various platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive timeline for the rollout of initiatives throughout the organization.
- Create an interactive dashboard to encourage teams to articulate their CSR objectives and aspirations.
- Facilitate listening sessions with various departments and leadership to gather insights.
Qualifications:
- Completion of BAC+3 by 2022 is required.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills are essential.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
