We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Believe. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our content management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide level 2 support for content operations, including escalating level 1 support tickets and resolving bugs in our tools.
- Manage and support the process of upselling, transferring, or ingesting catalogs, including XML ingestion and template creation.
- Optimize internal ticket processes and ensure efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Content Management team to improve product creation and optimization.
- Manage projects related to content operations, including setup, improvement, and transition.
- Act as a single point of contact for the Supply Chain team and participate in projects to improve productivity and user experience.
- Monitor and manage catalog ingestion activity.
- Proactive and reactive approach with a focus on quality service and communication.
- Experience in a digital supply chain environment with content management, KPI tracking, and SLA management.
- Knowledge of support tools such as Jira Service, Service Desk, or Zendesk.
- Understanding of XML (DDEX) and its applications.
- Ability to work in a team and across departments.
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
