Key ResponsibilitiesRole Overview

As an Assistant/e Transitaire, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on key tasks such as the timely entry of delivery receipts.

You will be part of a vibrant team that ensures efficient and organized processes within the transit sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate data entry of all delivery receipts into our system
  • Drafting professional correspondence in English
  • Working evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Collaborating with the operations team to maintain workflow consistency
  • Effectively addressing challenges in a fast-paced setting
Candidate RequirementsWhat We Are Looking For

We seek a proactive and adaptable ASSISTANT TRANSITAIRE who is comfortable with afternoon hours and possesses strong English language skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Proficient in crafting professional emails in English
  • Skilled in using computer tools and data entry
  • Background in logistics or transportation is advantageous
  • Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience
