Role Overview

The Credit division at Revolut is distinctively innovative. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and launching credit products on a global scale. We oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial development to local implementation, ensuring effective risk and portfolio management solutions. The Debt Recovery Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining efficient in-country processes and procedures as we roll out new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of compliant and effective debt recovery processes.
  • Ensure that Revolut's debt recovery procedures adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the complete debt recovery process for business credit portfolios.
  • Enhance both in-house and outsourced recovery capabilities using advanced technology, analytics, and strategic payment initiatives.
  • Document and refine policies, processes, and procedures related to debt recovery.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies aimed at maximizing recoveries.
  • Continuously improve recovery processes, metrics, and tools.
  • Select and supervise debt collection agencies to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in debt recovery and collections, preferably within banking, FinTech, or debt collection agencies.
  • Proven experience in developing and documenting recovery processes.
  • Strong understanding of debt portfolio management, sales, and restructuring.
  • Familiarity with credit products.
  • Knowledge of local debt recovery laws and regulations.
  • Excellent performance and relationship management skills with third-party service providers.
  • A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing automation improvements.
