About the Role:
As an Engagement Director at Manhattan Associates, you will be responsible for the overall success of an implementation, including internal resource management and career development. You will oversee project dependencies that occur during significant design configuration, testing, and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers. You will advise clients on the development of change management plans, perform ongoing risk analysis, and provide support for sales activities. You will also develop and mentor line managers and team members, and have the ability to communicate with C-level executives. This role requires exceptional written and oral communication skills, resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
About You:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in software implementation consulting, preferably with at least 10+ years of experience in WMS or supply chain software. You should have a four-year bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or information systems, and an MBA is preferred. You should also have 10-15 years of experience leading a professional services group, and be fluent in English. Average travel is expected.
