Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Weekend Hospitality Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the weekend.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage both phone and in-person reception for residents and their families.
• Provide clear and informative responses to inquiries from prospective residents and guests about our services and amenities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas within the residence, creating a pleasant environment for all.
• Assist with serving breakfast in the apartments, ensuring residents have a delightful start to their day.
• Lead pre-planned activities organized by the Coordinator, fostering engagement and social interaction among residents.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

• A CAP or Bac qualification in the social/medico-social sector.
• A genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Schedule:

This position requires working exclusively on weekends, one weekend every two weeks, from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. This totals 50 hours per month.
