Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Pierre Fabre Group. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products throughout their distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Release finished products for distribution and perform quality control pharmaceutical releases.
- Monitor and track quality events, including deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Evaluate and decide on actions to take in response to non-conformities on received, stored, and distributed products.
- Participate in internal and external deviation investigations and customer complaints.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions within the site.
- Develop and maintain a quality culture within the production team.
- Monitor and track quality performance indicators for the site.
- Validate documentation and records, including forms, procedures, and reports.
- Manage the administration of qualified and validated IT systems.
- Participate in the qualification and validation of IT systems and maintain their validated state.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with processes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the site.
- Collaborate closely with the site's pharmacist delegate and pharmacist assistant.
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks within your area of expertise as requested by the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Hold a recognized Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be registered with the French Order of Pharmacists, sections B and C.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar function in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Be proficient in good distribution practices and ISO standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Have experience with digital tools and ideally SAP and Trackwise software.
- Be proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.
