Head of Corporate Social Responsibility

K2, a global communication, consulting, events, digital, and marketing services company, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. As Head of CSR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a worldwide CSR strategy across all our agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a CSR strategy for K2 agencies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all locations.
- Create a CSR charter outlining office rules and employee well-being, in collaboration with HR.
- Establish market guidelines for eco-design and event production, promoting sustainability and social responsibility.
- Oversee the implementation of the CSR policy in all K2 Agencies, ensuring actions are consistent and effective.
- Address the challenges of engaging employees who are less sensitive to CSR issues, by implementing inclusion and awareness-raising strategies.
- Organize internal workshops to deploy CSR training for team members and clients, increasing CSR knowledge.
- Select CSR partners for each market, identify suppliers, and implement eco-design and production actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create tools for each market, including carbon calculation, preferred suppliers, and CSR approach.
- Develop a CSR communication slide for our corporate presentation.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in an event/production company.
- Passion for CSR and sustainability.
- Strong organizational skills and a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince others about your convictions.
- Extremely well-organized, methodical, and efficient, with good common sense and initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal), French mastering a plus.
